Shipping Charges: Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Order Tracking: Tracking details will be shared through available communication channels once the order is dispatched.
Transit Delays: Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather conditions, holidays, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Transit Damage: If your product arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or tampered with, please contact our Customer Support team promptly with your Order ID and supporting photos/videos. After verification, an appropriate resolution will be provided as per our applicable policy.
Lost / Undelivered Shipments: If your shipment is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our Customer Support team. We will coordinate with the courier partner and provide an appropriate resolution after verification.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery: Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details. Additional shipping charges may apply if re-shipping is required due to incorrect information or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Delivery Area: We deliver to serviceable locations across India, subject to courier availability.
